Ralph Varcoe is the founder and CEO of PiViva, a coaching platform, and the founder of Accelerate Performance (AP) Ltd. A former Chief Growth Officer, he is a keynote speaker, event host and the author of five books, most recently The Warmth in the Room, about why human presence matters more as AI advances.

Ralph Varcoe is the founder and CEO of PiViva, a coaching platform he built largely on his own with AI, and the founder of Accelerate Performance (AP) Ltd, which advises, coaches and trains growing businesses. He has spent nearly 30 years in sales and growth; as Chief Growth Officer at Connexin, the group grew revenue eight-fold, from £3 million to £25 million, in under three years. He is a certified Trainer of Master NLP, Master NLP Coaching, Master Time Line Therapy® and Master Hypnosis, the author of five books including The Warmth in the Room, and a trained classical and jazz singer.

Ralph Varcoe is the founder and CEO of PiViva, a coaching platform where an AI companion and human coaches work side by side, which he built largely on his own with AI doing much of the work a team once would have. He is also the founder of Accelerate Performance (AP) Ltd, which advises, coaches and trains growing businesses on go-to-market, sales and leadership.

He has spent nearly 30 years in sales and growth, with senior roles at Orange Business Services, Tata Communications, CenturyLink, Virgin Media Business and Spirit AI. As Chief Growth Officer at Connexin, the group grew revenue eight-fold, from £3 million to £25 million, in under three years, and placed second in GP Bullhound's 2024 Northern Tech Awards Top 100. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School.

Ralph is a certified Trainer of Master NLP, Master NLP Coaching, Master Time Line Therapy® and Master Hypnosis, accredited by the ABNLP, ABH and TLTA. He is the author of five books, most recently The Warmth in the Room, and an Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine. Before his business career he trained as a singer at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and performed classical and jazz around the world. He speaks and hosts events in the UK and internationally, and is based in Wimbledon, London.
